Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms explain how Ernoxa works and what you and Ernoxa can expect from each other. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past; if something is unclear, the help center explains the product in more detail.
1. What Ernoxa is
Ernoxa lists opportunities from third-party reward partners, such as surveys and offers. When you complete one, the partner pays Ernoxa, and Ernoxa shares that revenue with you as a reward. Ernoxa is not the partner: each partner runs its own activity and decides whether a completion counts.
2. Who can use Ernoxa
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must live in a country Ernoxa currently supports, shown at sign-up.
- One account per person. Creating or using several accounts is not allowed.
- The information you give us, including your country, must be accurate.
3. Your account
Keep your password private and use a unique one. You can turn on two-step verification in Settings. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us through a dispute or the contact below if you think someone else has used it.
4. How rewards work
Every reward starts from what the partner paid. That amount is split between your reward, Ernoxa and a reserve that covers reversals, payment fees, currency differences and fraud losses. The split in force is published on the transparency page, and every transaction shows the split that was applied to it. A split is never changed retroactively for a reward you already earned.
A reward moves through these stages, each shown in your history:
- Pending: the partner is checking your activity.
- Validated: the partner accepted it.
- Funded: Ernoxa has received the money behind it.
- Withdrawable: you can withdraw it.
- Paid: it has been sent to you.
Validated is not the same as withdrawable. Only money Ernoxa actually holds becomes withdrawable.
5. Reversals
A partner can reverse an activity after it was recorded, for example when it was incomplete or failed the partner’s quality checks. A reversal is added as a new entry in your history; nothing is deleted. You can dispute any reversal.
6. Withdrawals
- You need a confirmed email address and a payment method you own.
- The minimum amount and any fee are shown before you confirm. There are no hidden deductions.
- Some withdrawals are reviewed before payment. We may ask you to verify your identity or payment method.
7. Fair use and fraud
Do not use bots, scripts, VPNs or proxies to hide your location, false answers, or anything else that misleads a partner or Ernoxa.
When we see signs of fraud we may delay a withdrawal, ask for verification, hold a reward, limit earning, or suspend an account while we review it. We do not silently take away value you legitimately earned: any such action is visible to you and can be disputed.
8. Disputes
If a reward is missing, the amount is wrong, a reversal looks unexpected or a withdrawal has a problem, open a dispute from your account. Each dispute shows its status and the replies it receives.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using Ernoxa at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Money that is withdrawable and was legitimately earned remains yours to withdraw, subject to the checks above.
10. Changes to these terms
We will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. Changes never alter rewards you already earned.
